The Group's logistic business is held under Ancom Logistics, a subsidiary listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, which holds 100% equity interest in Synergy Trans-Link Sdn Bhd (“STL”), which in turn holds the entire equity interest in Pengangkutan Cogent Sdn Bhd, a company involved in transportation of liquid chemical business in Malaysia and Singapore; and 51% equity interest in Ancom-Chemquest Terminals Sdn Bhd, a company involved in building, owning, operating, leasing and managing a chemical tank farm in West Port, Port Kelang, Malaysia.

Cogent owns and operates a fleet of 90 ISO tankers and road tankers. It provides cross border bulk liquid chemicals land transportation between Malaysia and Singapore.
To complement ACT’s storage of bulk liquid chemical services, and with offices in Johor Bahru, Port Klang and Kuantan, Cogent, leveraging on its expertise and sector domain knowledge, provides bulk liquid chemical transportation services to petrochemical complexes in Kertih, Gebeng, Kuantan, Pasir Gudang and Singapore.

ANT operates a tank farm consisting of 48 tanks with capacities of 44,100 cubic meters strategically located in West Port Bulk Liquid Terminal within the Free Trade Zone in Port Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, an international shipping hub in Malaysia. In addition, it is also equipped with 8 loading bays and 5 drumming stations and has a warehouse measuring approximately 7,000 sq. ft.
ANT provides bulk storage facilities for liquid chemicals servicing MNC petrochemicals companies in the region.
